About Me
Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Ericka, a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep passion for learning and healing. I’m endlessly curious, always studying and refining my techniques. I enjoy expanding my understanding of the body, mind, and the subtle energy that connects them.

Massage therapy is more than just a job to me, it's a lifelong path of growth. I’m grateful every day to do work that not only helps others feel better in their bodies but also feeds my own drive to learn and evolve.

I believe in the power of both science and intuition, and I love blending evidence-based techniques with a more holistic approach. I feel lucky to live and practice in the beautiful Kootenays, where nature, community, and creativity all play a part in the healing process.

The Process
Before becoming a massage therapist, I lived many lives—each one teaching me something valuable that I now bring into my practice. I've dabbled in fast food and retail management, worked in health care (both acute and long-term care), I've obtained my red seal as an electrician, and even ran my own cleaning company in the Okanagan.
All of these diverse paths have come with many challenges and triumphs, which have shaped me into the dedicated, and compassionate person that I am.
